WP 1 – Audience development: open EU peripheral museums to audience through Art&Food (Duration: 1 – 6 months)

Activity 1.1: Training on audience development for EU peripheral museums

Task responsible: CET (Italy).
Partners involved: All.
Working method: online coordination + Kick-off Event + One training session of 2 days in Italy – Palazzo Chigi di Ariccia.
Deliverables: training guidelines for museum audience development.
Duration: 1-2 Months

Activity 1.2: Target audience analysis and audience development strategy for EU peripheral museums: meeting the needs of peripheral EU museums with a new challenging and innovative idea!

Working method: online coordination + one meeting among Partners Technical Committee members in Albania.
Deliverables: One target audience analysis report; One shared audience development strategy plan/report; One best practices report (including online mapping in project website), one “shared audience development agreement”.
